• Serviceable areas include major metros, Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 cities, and many Tier‑3 locations.
• Some remote or out‑of‑delivery‑area (ODA) locations may have longer timelines or limited COD availability.[web:146]

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.[web:144]

Prepaid orders (online payment)

• Standard shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
