Return and exchange window

You have 3 business days from the time your order is delivered to raise any issue with us. Because we deal in performance sportswear (T‑shirts, trackpants, trousers), this short window helps us maintain hygiene and product quality.

Incorrect item received

If you receive a different product than what you ordered (wrong size, colour, style, or item), we will:

  • Ship the correct product to you at no extra cost.
  • Arrange the reverse pickup of the wrong item wherever serviceable.

Defective or damaged products

If any manufacturing defect is found (stitching issues, damage, major marks etc.), we will:

  • Replace the product with a fresh piece, or
  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.

If the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective item), we take 100% responsibility and resolve it at no extra cost to you.

Steps to follow for return / exchange

Follow these steps to make sure your claim is processed smoothly:

Unbox and record

When your Pynak parcel arrives, unbox it while recording a clear video. This helps us verify the condition of the product on delivery.

Check fit & condition

Check the size, colour, and fabric quality without removing tags or using the product for a workout. Keep all packaging safe.

Contact us on WhatsApp

Within 3 days of delivery, share your unboxing video and Order ID with our support team on WhatsApp at +91 85068 58867.

Verification & resolution

Our team reviews the video and details, and then confirms your exchange or refund. Most cases are resolved within 7 working days.

An unboxing video is mandatory for return or damage claims. It protects both you and us, and helps us resolve your case faster.

Size exchange policy

Ordered the wrong size? No problem, we can exchange it, subject to:

  • A flat fee of ₹150 is charged for exchanges when the wrong size was selected by the customer.
  • This fee covers reverse pickup (where available) and shipping of the new size.
  • For sizing issues, we generally provide an exchange and not a cash refund.

When exchange or refund is not possible

To keep hygiene and quality standards high for sportswear, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Non‑eligible scenarios

  • Used or washed products: Items worn for workouts, washed, or carrying sweat/perfume odour.
  • Missing tags or packaging: Original Pynak tags, stickers, or polybags are missing or damaged.
  • Late claims: Issues raised after the 3‑day window from the delivery date.
  • Customer‑caused damage: Tears, burns, cuts, or shrinkage due to washing or misuse.

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid avoidable size‑exchange charges.

Order cancellation & refund methods

Order cancellation

You can request cancellation before your order is packed or shipped:

  • Send a WhatsApp message to +91 85068 58867 with your Order ID, or
  • Email us at support@pynac.com with “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.

How refunds are processed

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (UPI / card / wallet) typically within 5–7 working days after the product passes quality check.
  • COD orders: Refunds, where applicable, are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
