Orders & account

You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account. We recommend creating an account so you can view your order history, track current orders, and manage addresses more easily.[web:153]

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on what you entered at checkout). You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your details to check live status.[web:144]

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped by reaching out to us on WhatsApp (+91 85068 58867) or email (support@pynac.com) with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Once the order is shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply instead of direct cancellation.[web:159]

Shipping & delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days for metros and 3–7 working days for other locations after dispatch, depending on your pin code.[web:146]

We ship to most pin codes in India through our courier partners. Some remote locations may not support COD or may have longer delivery timelines. You will see availability and ETA at checkout after entering your address.[web:148]

Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown on the cart and checkout page before payment. Sometimes we run free‑shipping offers above a certain order value; these will be highlighted on the site.[web:147]

Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–3 times depending on the service and area. If you miss all attempts or your phone is unreachable, the shipment may be returned to us and re‑shipping charges may apply.[web:151]

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or wrong‑item complaints. This helps us verify the issue with the courier and resolve your request quickly and fairly.[web:162]

Yes, size exchanges are usually possible within the return window if the product is in resellable condition. A small logistics/handling fee may apply for customer‑side size issues, as mentioned in our policy.[web:162]

Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds for prepaid orders are usually processed within 5–7 working days back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 working days after quality check.[web:159]

Payments & COD

We accept major UPI apps, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes and order values.[web:138]

With COD, you pay in cash (or sometimes via card) to the delivery partner when your order reaches your doorstep. No online payment is needed at the time of placing the order, which gives extra peace of mind to many shoppers in India.[web:140][web:142]

Payments can fail due to network issues, bank restrictions, incorrect details or insufficient balance. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed by your bank within a few working days. Products, sizing & care

Please refer to our dedicated Size Guide page for chest, waist, hip and inseam measurements, along with fit tips for T‑shirts, gym vests and track pants. If you’re between two sizes, we generally suggest going one size up for training comfort.[web:164]

We use professional lighting and colour‑calibrated screens while shooting, but slight differences may occur due to your screen settings and brightness. Fabric texture can also influence how colours appear in person.[web:165]

For best results, turn garments inside‑out, machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water, avoid bleach and harsh detergents, and dry in shade. High heat in dryers or ironing directly on prints/logos is not recommended.[web:157]

Some core styles and colours are restocked regularly, while limited‑edition drops may not come back once sold out. You can use the “Notify me” or wishlist feature (where available) or follow our social media for restock updates.[web:156]
